Jiu-jitsu organizations have become stagnant over the years, endlessly preaching the benefits of a single, central figure at the helm of their ship. The reality is that nothing evolves and nothing grows. Lack of development not only for the jiu-jitsu curriculums and lessons, but there is a lack of resources to help school owners develop their businesses. Ultimately the goal of these single figurehad organizations is to feed their ego – they do nothing to help build strong students and thriving schools.

Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu is led by collective, an experienced team of Jiu-Jitsu practitioners known as our Council. Comprised of black belts with varying coaching and school ownership backgrounds, This includes Master Leão Teixeira and Professors Chad Leonhardt, Dylan Miller, Peter Beerman, and Percy Smith.
These world class blackbelt instructors range from 1st to 7th degree; with varying backgrounds including professional competitors, law enforcement officers, military veterans, collegiate wrestlers, MMA fighters and coaches, and strength & conditioning trainers; Creating an unprecedented leadership structure amongst the jiu-jitsu industry and providing an unrivaled pool of resources that help our Campeão United Jiu-Jitsu affiliates excel on and off the mats.

Monthly Curriculum & Video Library
We don’t just have video library or “teach” our affiliate academies the basic techniques, instead our video vault provides everything from instructionals to everything necessary to teach EVERY CLASS, for EVERY WEEK, for EVERY BELT LEVEL, for the ENTIRE YEAR (including Gi, Kids and No-Gi lesson plans).
Our system is built for all levels of coaches covering all aspects of teaching from warm-ups, techniques, conditional sparring, drills, and most importantly the 'Whys' of coaching to provide the complete package for our affiliates and their students.
Each lesson covers everything from warm-ups to techniques to drills, all broken down into step-by-step details for all of your gi and no-gi programs. PLUS there is age-specific children’s curriculum and you get unlimited access to past months lessons.

How do you keep your instructors on the same page and consistently delivering high quality classes and role modelling?
Through in-depth training and certification.
In the "classroom" portion of our comprehensive Instructor Development & Certification system your team can study the 'Hows' and 'Whys' of good instruction and role modelling. They can gain knowledge about class structures, preventing in-class injuries and how to react to incidents when they happen.
In addition to this, we have frameworks for various instructing styles, and have developed guides for the principles of teaching and instructing best practices.

The second section of our Instructor Development & Certification system takes place on the mats. In these modules your team will have access to a wealth of techniques, drills, warm-ups, and games at their fingertips.
Additionally, we have included outlines of different teaching styles, and strategies for not only gaining students but for retaining them. We believe that by retaining students you advance the development of everyone at your academy.
